About Impact On
Impact On is a registered NGO in South Africa, built so that giving to a local cause is as easy as paying for a coffee.
We started Impact On because community projects across South Africa shouldn't have to choose between raising funds and running their work. Card machines are expensive. Donation pages convert badly. Cash is disappearing from daily life.
So we built a platform that lets any project — a café, a gym, a school, a religious institute, a sports club, a registered NGO — accept donations from anyone with a phone, in under ten seconds, with no app to download and no card to type.
What we do
- • Give every approved project a unique QR code and printable signage.
- • Run the donation page, payments, and receipts on impacton.co.za.
- • Collect donations centrally and pay them out to each project on a regular schedule with a full audit trail.
Our principles
- • Donors should pay nothing extra to give.
- • At least 95% of every donation goes directly to the project — 100% when the donor covers fees.
- • Projects should get a transparent, auditable trail of every payout.
- • The technology should be invisible. The impact is what you feel.
